Occupational Therapy
Motiv8 partner with independant Occupational Therapists that are highly experienced with the NDIS scheme. Our OT's conduct functional assessments, and are able to provide comprehensive reports for NDIS particpants.
What we do

- Low risk AT (Assistive Technology) applications
- Paediatric and Mental Health experienced
- Our OT Assessments start with a baseline of the WHODAS 2.0 36 question clinical tool. Our assessments are also expanded on with observations, interviews and further clinical assesments which relate to the 6 functional domains used by the NDIS to determine functional capacity.
